Ann's Quick and Easy Potato Soup
When cooking for one, quick and easy it the way to go!
- 1 pkg. 20 oz. Simply Potatoes diced potatoes (with onion)
- ½ stick butter
Cook 15-20 mins. In 2 cups chicken broth.
Reduce heat and add:
- 4 cups milk (half n half, whole milk)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Season with salt and paper.
Top with shredded cheese, bacon bits, sliced green onions
