Valerie's Cheese Ball

2-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1-10 oz. extra sharp grated cheddar cheese
1-very small minced onion
1T. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 t. celery salt
1/2 t. salt

Soften cream cheese. Mix all ingredients by hand. Roll into a ball then roll in finely chopped pecans. Wrap in plastic and chill. Serve with crackers.

Valerie says, "I usually add a smidge more cheese, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, and maybe less salt."
