Charcoal-grilled Flounder

Wash & dry flounder filets
Moisten with lemon juice
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
Sprinkle with black pepper (& salt lightly?)
Repeat on other side.
Grill 10 minutes per inch of fish thickness, or about 5 minutes each side
