Red Neck Caviar


  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can black eyed peas
  • 1 can chick peas
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 pepper yellow, red or green chopped
  • 1 8oz. bottle of Italian Dressing
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes only drain 1 can
  • 1/2 pack Taco Seasoning
Rinse all beans and peas, add tomatoes, onion, pepper. Pour dressing over and mix. Add taco seasoning. Refrigerate overnight. Serve as pickup with crackers and sour cream. from Cathy
