Pumpkin Nut Bread

Spiced Pumpkin Nut Bread
2 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
 4 eggs
1 cup oil
1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
3 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp.
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

2/3 c. water
1 cup chopped nuts

Beat eggs. Add oil, pumpkin and sugars; set aside. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and spices. Gradually add flour mixture to egg mixture; mix well. Add the water and 3/4 chopped nuts and mix well. Spoon batter into 2 greased bread loaf pans or 6 mini loaf pans. Sprinkle 1/4 cup nuts over the batter. Bake for 45 min.-1 hour at 350°F. Test with toothpick to ensure loaves are ready.
