Pineapple Cranberry Relish

  • 2 wild cherry Jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 8 oz. can crushed pineapple in its own juice
  • 14 oz. can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery (optional)
Thoroughly drain the pineapple over a large measuring cup. Add enough water to the juice to measure 2 cups of liquid. Heat liquid in microwave and dissolve jello completely. Mix in cranberry sauce while liquid is still warm, add pineapple, nuts and celery. Chill for an hour and serve cold.
