Pecan Puffs

1/2 c. butter
2 T. sugar
1 t. vanilla
1c. finely ground pecan
1 cup cake flour (sift before measuring

Cream butter, add sugar, and vanilla. Stir flour and pecans into mixture. Roll into small balls. Bake 20 minutes at 275 degrees. Roll in powdered sugar while hot. Roll again when cold.
