Add:
1 beaten egg
1 1/4 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. instant potato flakes
1 1/4 c. Bisquick

Mix well and add:
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. coconut
Drop by teaspoonful on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
