Miniature Cheesecakes

Butter sides and bottom of 4 miniature muffin tins, sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and shake to coat lightly.
Mix well:
2 pkg. of (8oz.) cream cheese, softened to room temperature
3/4 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
Beat egg whites very stiff and fold into mixture.
Fill muffin tins almost to the top. Bake 15 at 350 degrees. Cool in pan. They will fall.
Mix together:
1/3 c. sour cream
1 .t vanilla
1 T. sugar
Drop mixture in the center of the cooled cheese cake and bake 5 min. at 400 degrees.
