Cook 8 oz. macaroni and drain
Mix following ingredients into macaroni
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1 can chopped pimento
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 lb. shredded mild cheddar cheese
Pour everything into a 9x13 pan.
In a small skillet, melt 3 T. butter and mix with 1/2 pkg. Town House crackers crushed. Put on top of macaroni mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min.
