Ingredients:
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- ¾ cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 (8oz.) sour cream
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 cup nuts optional
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 325.
Mix together cake mix, oil,
eggs and sour cream. Pour ½ batter into pan. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon;
sprinkle ½ over the batter and swirl with a knife. Top with remaining batter
and other ½ of cinnamon sugar mixture. Add nuts to the batter and topping if
desired.
Bake 325 degrees for 40
minutes. Cake will be moist in the center.
