Eagle's Breath Pie

Easy Lemonade Pie

1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 sm. can frozen lemonade (partially thawed)
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
 
Mix Eagle Brand milk and lemonade thoroughly. Fold in Cool Whip until smooth. Pour into pie crust.
 
I buy Graham Cracker Crust. This freezes well and is great to take to a dinner. Thaw slightly before eating. Easy Peasy.

So easy and you can stretch it to two thin pie if you add more cool whip.

Sandy and Lisa brought this pie to Dad when he was so sick. He loved it!

PIE CRUST:
Vanilla wafers to cover bottom of pie pan, crumbled
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
Combine sugar and butter. Pour over top wafers. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Place whole vanilla wafers around edge of pie. Pour in pie mixture and let stand in refrigerator until set.
