Chocolate Chess Pie




2 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
2/3 (small can) evaporated milk (1 can 5 oz.)
1/2 stick butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla flavor

Mix 2 eggs, 1 1/4 cups sugar and 2/3 cup evaporated milk together. Set aside. Melt 1/2 stick butter and add cocoa to the butter. Pour egg mixture and butter mixture together. Mix well by hand or hand beater. Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring. Bake at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes in an 8 inch pie pan. Makes one 8 inch pie.

Triple for 2 deep dish pies. It is much better this way. Great!
