How to Make It
- Cook broccoli, coarsely chopped. Drain and place in a 2 quart baking dish.
- Cook chicken in small amount of water until done. Cut in small pieces. Layer over broccoli.
- Mix soup, mayo, lemon juice, and curry powder. Pour over the top of chicken.
- Top with the cheese. Stir the bread crumbs and butter in a small bowl. Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over the cheese.
- Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees until bubbly. Serve with rice.
