1 c. sugar
2 c. raw shelled peanuts with skins on
1/2 c. water
Dissolve
sugar in water in pan over medium heat. Add nuts and cook on medium heat, stirring
frequently. Cook until nuts are completely coated and no syrup remains.
Pour onto ungreased cookie sheet, separate nuts with a fork. Bake at 300
degrees for approximately 30 minutes, stirring at 10 minute intervals.
Store in air tight container.
