Pumpkin Cake

2 cups sugar
1 cup corn oil
2 cups pumpkin
4 eggs

2 cups plain flour
2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt

Mix sugar oil together. Sift dry ingredients together and set aside. Slightly beat eggs and add pumpkin and eggs to sugar and oil. Slowly add flour mixture to pumpkin mixture. Blend until smooth and pour into 9” x 13” pan. Bake 30-45 min. at 350 ̊.

Icing

1-8oz. cream cheese
1 stick margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pound box of 10X powdered sugar

Cream together. Thin with water if necessary.
