Old Fashioned Egg Custard Pie

3 eggs beaten
1 small can evaporate milk (5 oz.)
12 oz. water
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter (melted)
3 T. flour (self rising)
1 t. vanilla

Mix eggs, sugar, flour, and melted butter. Add milk and water, vanilla. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees. Check pie after 40 min. The crust will be golden brown. The pie will not be firm in the center when you take it out of the oven.
