Asian Slaw


1 large bag slaw mix
2-3oz pkgs Beef flavored Ramen noodles
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup white vinegar
1 cup roasted sunflower seeds
1 cup sliced almonds
green onion, 2 bunches of stalks about 5-6 in each

Remove flavor packets from Ramen noodles and set aside. Crush noodles and layer bottom of casserole dish. Cover with slaw mix, sunflower seeds, almonds and sliced green onion. Mix oil, vinegar, sugar and flavor packets from Ramen noodles. Pour evenly over slaw. Seal tightly and refrigerate for 40 hours for best results.
