Sugar-free Banana Pudding

  • 2 small pkg. instant sugar-free vanilla or banana pudding mix
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1-8oz Daisy Lite sour cream
  • 2-8 oz. containers of Lite Cool Whip
  • 2-boxes sugar-free Murray Vanilla Wafers (carbs are same)
  • 5-6 bananas
Mix pudding with 4 cups milk for 2 minutes with a whisk. Add sour cream-mix thoroughly. Fold in one container of Cool Whip.

Layer in a 3 quart dish starting with wafers, add thinly sliced bananas-cover with pudding. Repeat layers ending with pudding. Cover with Cool Whip.
