Pecan Tassies

Tart shells:
·        3 oz. cream cheese, softened
·        1 stick butter, softened
·        1 c. plain flour
Make out 1” balls, chill for 1 hour.

Filling:
·        1 egg
·        2/3 c. brown sugar
·        1 c. pecans
·        4 T. melted butter

Put a tart ball in mini muffin tins and press out with thumb. the chilled dough will soften to your touch. Make a shell and add a spoonful of filling to each tart. Bake 375 degrees for 20 min.
Refrigerate.
