4 ripe Hass Avocados, scoop out and chop coarsely mash
1-2 chopped Roma tomatoes
1/2 cup small onion finely diced
Juice of one lime
handful chopped cilantro
1/2 to 1 teaspoon of salt
1-2 jalapenos chopped fine, leave out seeds if you don't like it too hot

Mash all of the ingredients above and store in refrigerator or eat right away with tortilla chips
