Makes 4 servings:
8 oz. ziti noodles
1 22-26 oz jar fat-free spaghetti sauce
12 oz. non-fat cottage cheese
2 cups grated fat-free mozzarella cheese
Cook noodles in boiling water until tender. Drain. Layer noodles with cottage check and spaghetti sauce in a baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 25 minutes or until bubbly.
