- 1/3 c. sour cream
 - 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
 - 1 tbsp. milk
 - 1 teaspoon sugar
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
 
Layer next ingredients glass bowl
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
 - 3/4 c. water chestnuts, sliced
 - 3 T. green onion, sliced fine
 - 1/4 c. cashew or slivered almonds
 - 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
 
Mix
dressing until creamy. Spread over pea salad. Cover and chill.
