- Fresh corn-cooked cut off cob
 - One cucumber peeled and sliced
 - Diced tomato
 - Sliced olives
 - Sliced green onions
 - Fresh snap peas
 - Shelled Edamame
 - Sunflower seed kernals
 - Flax seeds
 - Slivered Almonds
 
Toss all vegetables with orzo and add olive oil and balsamic
vinegar.
