Meatloaf from Ann McAllister

·        2 lbs. ground beef 80/20
·        2-3 eggs
·        ½ c. green peppers
·        ½ c. chopped onions
·        4 slices bread crumbled up
·        1 can tomato sauce
·        1 small can cream
·        1 cup tomato ketchup


Mix all ingredients together well. Place in meatloaf pan.
Spread a light coat of ketchup over the top before pacing in the oven.
Cook for 30-45 minutes at 350.

You may need to drain any excess grease off top before serving.
